Why do my bins need to be cleaned?

The main two reason your bins should be cleaned, is to first get rid of the gross smell in the area you put them. Second is the fact that it will help protect against gross bacteria.

How often should my bins be cleaned

It really just depends on your habbits if you line your bins maybe every 3 months but if you often leave gross stuff in the bottom once a month is perfect!

What will you do with the trash bag in my bins

we will take out your trash bag when we do the cleaning. After the cleaning is finished we will put it back

Does it have to be on trash day?

No. your bin cleaning does not have to be on trash day, above i mentioned how we will take the trash bag out. HOWEVER if you dont use a bag for your recycling bin we will have to clean that when it is empty or near empty
